As a Certified Diabetes Educator living with Type 1 diabetes for 15+ years, I provide virtual, personalized diabetes support that goes beyond generic advice. About Your Coach

I’m just your neighborhood rock-tree-and-people-throwing Registered Dietitian. I train hard, eat hard, and sleep hard all while managing my own type-1 diabetes without restriction. I know from first-hand experience that managing health is challenging but that we can accomplish our goals with the right plan and support. I’m right there with you.
